Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on ALL orders over $50 in the continental US. There will be a Shipping and handling charge of $9.95 on all orders under $50. Any orders that exceed $500 require a signature upon delivery, this is to prevent theft and crime upon delivery as All About Vacuums is not responsible for theft of goods after delivery and this is done for your protection. If you would like to request the signature upon delivery to be waived, or you would like to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing, we require the purchaser to contact us directly to make these changes.
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) if the item is in stock and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class). For Standard Delivery expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days depending on the delivery location. Most orders and in stock items are shipped out of our Pennsylvania warehouse. Specials orders or large orders are subjected to be shipped from one of our suppliers and sometimes in multiple shipments that could take longer to be delivered. Please expect delayed delivery times during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Carrier Method:
We use USPS (first class and priority) and Fedex (ground, two day and overnight). (If FedEx does not deliver to your address and you would like to request a UPS shipment, please contact us via email or phone before your items ship as all orders are defaulted to ship with FedEx or USPS).
Overnight and Second Day Delivery:
Overnight and Second Day delivery can be requested by the purchaser. Overnight and Second Day orders for East Coast orders, received before 8:00 AM PST(11:00AM EST) Monday-Saturday (minus holidays for FedEx and UPS) will ship out the same day. Overnight and Second Day orders for West Coast orders, received before 10:00 AM, PST, Monday-Saturday, (minus holidays for UPS and FedEx), will ship out the same day. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we cannot guarantee overnight or second day delivery as that will depend upon what area you live in, and which carrier services your area. We will send your items the quickest method possible. Orders that are received after these times may ship out the next day. We will make our best effort to process these shipments the same day as received, however we cannot guarantee it.
Return & Exchange Policy:
If the item you purchased is not the right item for you or is not what you expected you may exchange the product. One of our knowledgeable sales associates would be happy to help you pick out a different product that would better suit your needs within 30 days of purchase. We'll send you a RA(Return Address) label for the purchased item and have a carrier service pick it up. The new replacement item will be sent at no charge to you.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with all of the original accessories and owners manual. Please keep the receipt. Please Note: All Vacuum cleaner returns must be in "like new" condition. Vacuum cleaners exposed to or that have picked up liquids, drywall dust, baking soda, carpet powder, metal dust, or any hazardous substances such as mold or lead and smoke damage and odors are not eligible for return 🙂
Any Returned vacuums that were used may require a restocking fee depending on packaging and condition of vacuum.
Items that cannot be Returned:
Used Air Purifiers, Special Order Items(new and used), Used Carpet Shampooers, Batteries, and used battery operated vacuum cleaners.
All About Vacuums and affiliates may cancel orders and refund a purchase because of pricing errors (or for any reason).
