This 3-prong to 2-prong hose plug adaptor installs onto newer style hoses to enable them to fit older style powerhead extension wands. When ordering a new hose to use with an older style, 3-prong powerhead, you may need to install this adaptor.
Beam Central Vac Hose Plug Adaptor
The Beam 170106 Hose Adapter often allows you to use an older Beam powerhead with a new hose. Works with newer hoses and powerheads that are standard 2-prong plugs. By adding this adapter to the hose, the older Beam powerhead with a 3-prong cord will plug into the new hose.
If you have a powerhead with a 3-prong plug you will need this adapter.
